7.1 本会的最高权力属于本会的会员大会。

7.2 An Annual General Meeting shall be held in March every year.

7.2 年度会员大会每年三月召开。

7.3 At other times, an Extraordinary General Meeting must be called by the

President on the request in writing of not less than 25% of the total voting

membership or thirty (30) voting members, whichever is the lesser, and may be

called at anytime by order of the Committee. The notice in writing shall be given

to the Secretary setting forth the business that is to be transacted. The

Extraordinary General Meeting shall be convened within two (2) months from

receiving this request to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting.

7.3 其他时间，如至少 25%的会员或至少三十（30）位会员（以二者较少的为准）向

会长书面申请；或由理事会随时决定，须召开临时会员大会。书面申请时需向本会秘

书列明需解决的事项。临时会员大会需要在收到书面申请之后两（2）个月内召开。

7.4 If the Committee does not within two (2) months after the date of the receipt

of the written request proceed to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting,

the members who requested for the Extraordinary General Meeting shall

convene the Extraordinary General Meeting by giving ten (10) days' notice to

voting members setting forth the business to be transacted and simultaneously

posting the agenda on the Society's notice board.

7.4 如果理事会在收到书面请求后两（2）个月内没有组织召集临时会员大会，则要求

召开临时会员大会的会员可发出十（10）天的会议通知，通知有投票权的成员召开临

时会员大会及需要大会解决的事项，并在本会的公告板上张贴议程。

7.5 At least two (2) weeks' notice shall be given of an Annual General Meeting
