cease to be a member and the Committee may take legal action against it

provided that they are satisfied that it has received due notice of its debts.

6.4 企业会员年费应在每年第一个月内提前支付。如果会员企业迟付年费或其他应付款

项，本会财政主管应立即通知该会员企业。如果该会员企业超出应付日期四(4)周仍未

能付清欠款，会长可以命令把该会员企业的名字张贴在本会的公告板上，并被剥夺其

会员权利直到其付清欠款为止。如果该企业会员超期三（3）个月仍未付清欠款，其会

员资格将自动停止。理事会在确认其已经收到欠款通知的情况下，可以对其采取法律

行动。

6.5 Any additional fund required for special purposes may only be raised from

members with the consent of the general meeting of the members.

6.5 向会员筹集特殊用途所需的任何额外资金，须经会员大会同意。

6.6 The income and property of the Society whensoever derived shall be applied

towards the promotion of the objects of the Society as set forth in this

Constitution and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or

indirectly by way of dividend or bonus or otherwise howsoever by way of profit

to the persons who at any time are or have been members of the Society or to

any of them or to any person claiming through any of them.

6.6 无论何时产生的本会的收入和财产，均应用于促进本章程所规定的本会宗旨；其任

何部分均不得通过分红或红利或任何获利方式，直接或间接支付或转让给现会员、前

会员，或任何通过现会员或前会员要求收款的人。

7.1 The supreme authority of the Society is vested in a General Meeting of the

members.
