4.2 Individual member should be above 18 years of age, of good character,
legally resident in Singapore including Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident,
employment pass holder, student pass holder, and any other long-term visit
pass holder.
4.2 个人会员应年满 18 周岁，品行良好，且合法居留在新加坡，包括公民、永久居民，
或持有工作准证、学生准证及其他长期签证。
4.3 Individual members who are above 21 years of age shall have the right to
vote and to hold office in the Society.
4.3 21 岁以上的个人会员有投票权和在本会任职。
4.4 Corporate memberships are open to companies that are legally
incorporated in Singapore and owned by individual(s) mentioned in clause 4.1
or by Shandong enterprises, and Singaporean entrepreneurs and Singapore
incorporated companies that has invested in Shandong Province.
4.4 企业会员面向现时在新加坡合法注册运营的，由符合本章程 4.1 条在新企业家设立
或由山东企业在新加坡投资设立的企业，以及在山东投资的新加坡个人企业家或企业。
APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

5.1 A person or company wishing to join the Society should submit his/its
particulars to the Secretary on a prescribed form.
5.1 希望加入本会的个人或企业应按规定的格式将其详情提交给本会秘书长。
5.2 A new individual member must be proposed and seconded by existing
