7.8 有投票权会员中至少有 25％出席，或三十（30）个有投票权的会员出席，以较少

者为准，会员大会即达到法定人数。代理人不构成法定人数的一部分。

7.9 In the event of there being no quorum at the commencement of a General

Meeting, the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour and should the

number then present be insufficient to form a quorum, those present shall be

considered a quorum, but they shall have no power to amend any part of the

existing Constitution.

7.9 若会员大会开始时尚未达到法定人数，则应该休会半小时，如果半小时后出席人数

仍不足以构成法定人数，则出席者应被视为达到法定人数，但他们无权修改现有章程

的任何部分。

MANAGEMENT AND COMMITTEE

管理层和理事会

8.1 The administration of the Society shall be entrusted to a Committee who

shall be elected by ballots at alternate Annual General Meeting of election year.

8.1 本会的管理职能委托给理事会。理事会应在每隔一年的年度会员大会上以投票方式

选出。

8.2 The Committee shall consist of the following office bearers:

A President

2 to 5 Vice-Presidents

A Secretary

1 or 2 Assistant Secretaries

A Treasurer

1 or 2 Assistant Treasurers

Not more than 30 Ordinary Committee Members.
