meeting stating the date, time and place of meeting shall be sent by the

Secretary to all voting members. The particulars of the agenda shall be posted

on the Society's notice board four (4) days in advance of the meeting.

7.5 年度会员大会需至少提前两（2）周发出通知；临时会员大会需至少提前十（10）

天发出通知。会议通知中应说明会议的日期，时间和地点，由秘书发送给所有有投票

权的成员。议程的细节应提前四（4）天公布在本会的公告牌上。

7.6 Unless otherwise stated in this Constitution, voting by proxy is allowed at

all General Meetings.

7.6 除章程另有规定外，会员大会允许代理人投票。

7.7 The following points will be considered at the Annual General Meeting:

a) The previous financial year's accounts and annual report of the Committee.

b) Where applicable, the election of office-bearers and Honorary Auditors for

the following term.

7.7 以下几点将在年度会员大会上审议：

a）上一财政年度的账目和理事会年度报告；

b）在适用情况下，选举下一届理事会成员和荣誉审计。

Any member who wishes to place an item on the agenda of a General Meeting

may do so provided he gives notice to the Secretary one (1) week before the

meeting is due to be held.

任何会员可将希望讨论的项目列入大会议程，但必须在会员大会召开前一（1）周通知

秘书处。

7.8 At least 25% of the total voting membership or thirty (30) voting members,

whichever is the lesser, present at a General Meeting shall form a quorum.

Proxies shall not be constituted as part of the quorum.
