elected as Honorary Auditors at each Annual General Meeting and will hold

office for a term of two years only and shall not be re-elected for a consecutive

term.

The accounts of the Society shall be audited by a firm of Certified Public

Accountants if the gross income or expenditure of the Society exceeds $500,000

in that financial year, in accordance with Section 4 of the Societies Regulations.

10.1 应推选两（2）名有表决权、非理事会成员的会员，为每届会员大会的名誉审计

师，任期为两年，且不得连任。

根据“社团条例”第 4 条规定，如果本会在该财政年度的总收入或支出超过 500,000

新元，本社的账目应由注册公众会计师审计。

10.2 They:

a) Will be required to audit each year's accounts and present a report upon

them to the Annual General Meeting.

b) May be required by the President to audit the Society's accounts for any

period within their tenure of office at any date and make a report to the

Committee.

10.2 荣誉审计将：

a）被要求审计每年的账目并向年度会员大会提交报告。

b）可能被会长要求对其任职期间的任何时间段的该协会的帐户进行审计，并向理事会

提交报告。

10.3 The financial year shall be from 1st January to 31 December.
