13.1 本会场所内禁止任何类型的赌博，促销活动或“私人彩票法”第 250 章允许的私

人彩票活动除外。禁止携带与赌博、吸毒或其它恶习有关的材料进入本会场所。

13.2 The funds of the Society shall not be used to pay the fines of members who

have been convicted in court of law.

13.2 本会资金不得用于支付被法庭定罪的会员的罚款。

13.3 The Society shall not engage in any trade union activity as defined in any

written law relating to trade unions for the time being in force in Singapore.

13.3 本会不得从事任何新加坡相关法律所界定的工会活动。

13.4 The Society shall not indulge in any political activity or allow its funds

and/or premises to be used for political purposes.

13.4 本会不得涉及于任何政治活动，或允许其资金和/或场所用于政治目的。

13.5 The Society shall not hold any lottery, whether confined to its members or

not, in the name of the Society or its office-bearers, Committee or members

unless with the prior approval of the relevant authorities.

13.5 本会不得以协会或其任职理事、理事会或会员的名义持有任何彩票，除非得到有

关部门的事先批准。

13.6 The Society shall not raise funds from the public for whatever purposes

without the prior approval in writing of the Assistant Director Operations,

Licensing Division, Singapore Police Force and other relevant authorities.

13.6 本会不得为任何目的向公众募集资金，除非事先获得新加坡警察部队发证部门的

助理行动署长和其他有关部门的书面批准。
