修改章程

14.1 The Society shall not amend its Constitution without the prior approval in

writing of the Registrar of Societies. No alteration or addition/deletion to this

Constitution shall be passed except at a general meeting and with the consent

of two-thirds (2/3) of the voting members present at the General Meeting.

14.1 未经书面社团注册局事先批准，本会不得修改其章程。更改或添加/删除章程须经

会员大会批准，且须有出席会员大会三分之二（2/3）以上有表决权的成员表决通过。

INTERPRETATION

解释

15.1 In the event of any question or matter pertaining to day-to-day

administration which is not expressly provided for in this Constitution, the

Committee shall have power to use their own discretion. The decision of the

Committee shall be final unless it is reversed at a General Meeting of members.

15.1 如有任何在本章程中没有明确规定的、与日常行政管理有关的问题或事项，理事

会有权自行决定。除非被会员大会反对，理事会的决定是最终的。

DISPUTES

16.1 In the event of any dispute arising amongst members, they shall attempt

to resolve the matter at an Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with

this Constitution. Should the members fail to resolve the matter, they may bring

the matter to a court of law for settlement.

16.1 如果会员之间发生任何争议，应首先尝试在特别会员大会上解决。如果会员大会

不能解决这个问题，可向法院提起诉讼。
